Our Story
SensLearn English
SensLearn English was founded with a simple goal: to provide high-quality English lessons locally in Düdingen and the Sensebezirk. Instead of travelling to Bern or Fribourg or relying solely on online learning, people can enjoy face-to-face lessons in a welcoming environment close to home.
Every learner is different. Whether you're preparing for an exam, improving your English for work, looking for English lessons for your child, or simply learning for enjoyment, lessons are tailored to your individual goals, needs, and pace.
At SensLearn, I believe that people learn best when lessons are personal, practical, and enjoyable. Small groups, individual attention, and a supportive atmosphere help learners build confidence and make meaningful progress.
The name SensLearn reflects my home in the Sensebezirk. Inspired by the local adjective Sensler—found in names such as Senslerdeutsch and the Sensler Museum—it combines our connection to the region with the English word learn. Together with English, it represents my vision of bringing high-quality English learning to the local community and to Düdingen, my new home.
